I was very happy with the work done on my jeep after picking up yellow line paint on the driver's side. I was required to get 3 estimates on paint removal for claim purposes. Karch Auto was the only company that would look at the damage and give me an estimate. No one could guarantee paint removal without damage to parts. Neither could Karch but they did offer a fair estimate to replace the parts that were damaged by the paint.

Fast reliable honest repair work

I had a wonderful experience with KARCH AUTO this past week and in particular Jeff Wagner and Robert Porter were excellent to work with during my interactions. I was having some transmission issues with the engine whining when shifting gears. I contacted both Jeff and Robert to make them aware of my situation and they had me bring it in to check it out. Jeff was helpful in that he came outside to give a listen to hear what may have been going on and then had me leave the van there so they could get a closer look at it on the lift rack when time allowed. The short story is that they fixed the problem and replaced the fluid cap since it was clogged up over time. Extremely helpful to work with and I appreciate the cost savings with a simple fix versus having to replace the whole transmission. I have been going there for quite some time with oil changes and such, and will continue to do so in the future. Great job guys and thanks again for the assistance this past week.

Worst bodyshop ever. Staffs are all rude and full of bad words. They left scratches on my car, and don’t want to be responsible for it. I’m tired to argue more, just don’t go there.

I’ve done regular maintenance for more than four years - always good service and reasonable cost. Recently I’ve also done car body work after intensive search for cost in all shops around - to my surprise I haven’t got a better deal than in Karchauto, for which it was a new just advertised service. Thank you very much for keeping alive my 20-years old Toyota Camry!

I contacted them to get an estimate for an engine part replacement. They said they will be able to do it and took down all the details the first time. I call them twice again and they said they will give me the details the same day. It has been more than a week from my first call now and I have had no response. I hope they will be able to serve customers in a more timely manner. I wish them good luck.

This place has always given me the best service without trying to push a ton of extras down my throat. Highly reccomend for an honest inspection and repairs.
