We brought a 1995 Toyota Avalon in for service and inspection. The staff at Karch provided expert service and advice regarding where to find parts and how to keep the car running for years to come. Tanner was amazing when my sons' check engine light came on. AAA towed the car there and I was able to get a great estimate the same day. The garage is close to campus so the boys could walk to get the car when it was done. Found a mechanic for them while at school!

I have been using Karch Auto for about 2 years. I needed to make a switch from my dealership's maintenance team because I didn't feel I could trust their evaluations. I couldn't take my car in for anything without them giving a list of additional needs I had to take care of before picking up my car. At Karch, I have learned that they are thorough in their inspections and will take time to explain the importance of their decisions before passing inspection. I also have an easy time scheduling oil changes and wheel alignments. I learned that they provide detailing services in Bellefonte, and will be taking advantage of that service this summer.
