I'm a PSU student and student-athlete (Women's Soccer). My dad's friend Brian Allen (BA...former PSU Hoops Legend and unofficial Mayor of State College) suggested Karch for my car repairs/needs etc. They're fantastic and always take great care of my automotive needs. I cannot say enough about the workmanship and staff at Karach. Their overall teamwork leading to excellent customer care in every area, initial contact, scheduling, Timely diagnosis, quotes, workmanship and on time completion. Living in NJ and working in the NJ and NY area for decades, I was always waiting for the other shoe to drop or the unexpected charge or erroneous mystery problem to be uttered. I was very pleased that everyone is upfront and honest in every area of the process. I came to Karch in 2016 for work who was recommended by Eugene Weller, a friend and Allstate Agent and the areas Toys for Tots Champion for over 20 years, and I have come back for every car care service since, from Oil Changes, new tires, brakes, etc. It’s nice to know they have you best interest in mind when you leave your car with them. Your best interest doesn’t just mean best price, but to make sure your car is safe for you and your precious family. That is something you cannot put a price on. Shop recommended due to the professionalism, quality and price of the service. In getting a car registered and inspected in the state, Tanner, went out of his way to ensure I could get the correct paperwork completed. The team's efforts go beyond the service of the vehicle but to ensure you have a great wholistic experience. A shop I definitely will use again!!

Karch Auto is superior in their customer service and quality of technicians. I had a recurring problem with engine light indicating that one of my cylinders was misfiring. Our local Jeep dealer never diagnosed the issue, and certainly did not care to fix it - for over 5 years! In one visit the expert technicians diagnosed, actually called Chrysler, and then fixed the issue. When I started it up to take it home, it felt like the first time I drove it home about 21 years ago. If you want your vehicle fixed right, Karch technicians have the necessary expertise!

I had a recurring problem with my engine light and cylinder misfire, for over 5 years! With one service visit Karch technicians fixed the problem to the point that when I started up my Jeep it felt like a brand new vehicle. I have never - NEVER - experienced such a talented team of technicians. Thank you very much!
