Needed a starter for my GMC Sierra truck as it would take forever to crank and once it did crank it put you in the position not to shut it off, anyway they were very helpful got me in right away and had me back out within 40 minutes, these people really know what they're doing as for me I will be having them do all the maintenance on my truck!

I have taken vehicles to Karch Auto (and its predecessor) several times. They have always done a good job for a fair price. I will continue to use them for service on my current vehicle.

I highly recommend this company. I don’t know why less than 4 rating is listed as recommending. The problem is people are reviewing Karch by experiences with a different company a towing company. That is not fair to Karch. The numbers should be much higher. Probably satisfied people forget to comment! Karch employees have always been friendly and helpful. We’ve had several things done. Work done has been very good. Prices in range with others. Not over charging. Today the young lady at desk was incredibly patient and kind with my older friend who was struggling and confused and honestly he was very frustrating to me. I wouldn’t have been surprised if she’d said sorry we can not serve you! But instead she called the man’s insurance company and let us know what we needed to know. His insurance had been canceled. He didn’t believe it and got agitated. She could have just firmly told us to leave but she was so patient and kind. That was incredible customer service. She deserves a raise! 😏

I have a ‘67 Plymouth that is very special to me. It was my late uncles car and it was one he and I were fixing up together. It needed an oil change and transmission fluid change and not many places would touch it due to its age. Karch Auto gladly allowed me to bring it in and I could not be happier with the service, care, and speed. They treated the vehicle as if it was their own and made sure everything was good to go. The price was a lot less than I budgeted for and a lot less than other places qouted me so overall, I will continue to use Karch Auto for repairs and maintence for not only the plymouth, but all my vehicles in the future!

Was pleasantly surprised by the service and the price for that service. Killer combination. I'll be back.
