Great service and great communication from everyone involved with the service of my vehicle. They also picked my car up at my office and dropped it off once the service was complete! If you haven’t tried Karch Auto, I’d recommend giving them a try the next time you need service on your vehicle!

I had an excellent experience at Karch Auto. My auto was repaired quickly and it looks excellent. Friends and Family made remarks about how good the car looks following repair. The service was more than excellent. I received timely emails in regards to the progress of the repair while the car was in the shop. This helped me to be able to arrange my schedule and know when the car would be ready to be picked up. The paperwork went very smoothly. They completed it for me. This business is awesome! Two weeks ago our Jeep Cherokee had serious problems two days before we planned to take it on a long trip, towing a boat. No one else, including our regular mechanic, would look at it before late August. We were looking at $1000 of rental car costs and likely a ruined vacation. Karch Auto took the Jeep the very same day we called them. They fixed the engine and found and fixed a serious brake problem that had been missed by the regular mechanic. They had it back to us within 24 hours, ready to go, and for a very reasonable cost. We took the Jeep on vacation, towing a loaded boat up mountains, and it performed like it was new! I couldn't be more pleased with their excellent service. They are knowledgeable, friendly, competent and helpful. They will get all my business from now on.

Nobody likes spending money on vehicle maintenance and repair, but the folks at Karch Auto make it as fair and painless as possible. They honor their quotes, and they don't try and up-sell you on parts and services that you don't need.
