They charged $275 to tow my car literally across the street. They are unethical scam artists and frankly just rude meanie heads. Avoid at all costs or you’re ugly! Response to the owner: Aren’t you both owned by Bradley Karch? Aren’t you at the same address? Seems like the same scummy business to me :D

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The people from this place are the rudest I have ever seen. They gave me a wrong parking ticket and when I went to dispute it they wouldn’t even listen to me. They literally said “i don’t care you’re paying for it”. You should be ashamed that you make your money by exploiting broke college students. The worse part is that they were so rude for no reason. I really wouldn’t take my car there if I were you as I am sure you will not be met with basic courtesy.

This business, originally Walk's, is still running its shady practices that had been sued by the Attorney General's office some time ago. Today I got a $20 ticket for overstaying a meter they control by 3 minutes and was charged $2.5 processing fee on top of the $20, even thought it was the only way I can pay! They deleted their original listing here, and renamed their business to Kirsh. Avoid them for any work, etc.

Dear Ali, Walks is still the towing company. They also have their own website for reviews. You are leaving a review to the wrong company. Karch auto is specifically and auto repair, collision and sales company. We have no direct affiliation to Walks other than that we share the location. My friend’s car was hit by the stuffs. They didn’t notice my friend and only left a note and then leave. Moreover, they had an attitude and didn’t want to fully pay for him. I don’t recommend its company.

This facility takes care of my vehicle as if it was their own. They resolved my main concern and were also thorough enough to bring possible upcoming problems to my attention. They even showed me pictures of the problem areas which made me feel like they were not just trying to recommend unnecessary repairs. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back again.

Great service, the entire experience went smooth as glass. Scheduling, Drop Off, the Repair and Pickup all were easy. Sara kept us in the loop every step of the way, and pricing was great. This was our first visit, I highly recommend taking your vehicle here and will bring my Jeep back when it needs additional service.

Always good to connect with the staff at Karch Auto. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was in and out within 30 minutes or so, even on a snowy winter day.
