I needed a tow when my car was shaking and my check engine light came on. Very affordable and speedy service, but less than 24 hours later, my car is doing the same thing and the check engine light is on again. I can’t take it back because they’re over 80 miles away (I was moving my brother home from college), so even though the issue isn’t solved, I have to take it to another mechanic and pay for the whole process again.

Every time I have gone here they have been quick and professional. They are very friendly and kept me updated on my repairs

The towing company is terriable, My truck broken down just rent a car parking at parking lot just been towed immediately. SO so so quick. so high speed company. Highly recemmond be careful with this company

They charged $275 to tow my car literally across the street. They are unethical scam artists and frankly just rude meanie heads. Avoid at all costs or you’re ugly! Response to the owner: Aren’t you both owned by Bradley Karch? Aren’t you at the same address? Seems like the same scummy business to me :D

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The people from this place are the rudest I have ever seen. They gave me a wrong parking ticket and when I went to dispute it they wouldn’t even listen to me. They literally said “i don’t care you’re paying for it”. You should be ashamed that you make your money by exploiting broke college students. The worse part is that they were so rude for no reason. I really wouldn’t take my car there if I were you as I am sure you will not be met with basic courtesy.
