Great service. I'm an out of towner and they were very accommodating in looking at my truck earlier than their scheduled permitted. Every other service station I contacted was at least a week wait but Karch Auto serviced my truck within one day. I highly recommend them.

This repair shop has been my go-to garage for some time now. They do patient, thorough work. They keep the customer informed. They are polite, even-tempered, persistent and methodical. Their rates are reasonable. They don't churn your account. It's a good shop.

Walk’s towing is hidden in the back but all owned by Brad Karch. NASTY and DISGUSTING people. I had a parking pass but they cannot link up with the private property they manage to verify said passes. My pass fell from my mirror as it’s made of paper- 🤦🏼‍♀️so sad he couldn’t even make eye contact with me. So disgusting 🤮 over $20
