This guys R racists and takes ur car if the owner looks like an asian. They need money so they just take cars and charges for no reason. No matter what who says even what who seen the moment say its not fair they wine their soul to get at least amount of benfits they could. They r demons in state college I hope nonone goes to their office to take care about their cars . Moreove, they have thier own towing systems and they tries to tow all the car in this location no matter what who says if they need benefits they will take ur car be careful and I dont want them take one star it worth none. If ur an asian especially be careful. Buy expensive car to stay alive from walks towing and this auto place plz be careful!!!

Advice: do not take your car here. In my experience, they always end up finding "new problems" -- fake, in my experience-- in your car that will cost you at least 800 bucks. The last time I said no to their "fixing the car" proposal and I took it to another place. They told me this problem did not exist, and that several other customers had the same experience with them.

Was wondering if you could let us know what the previous old recommendations were and what the new problems were that were found on your vehicle. our technicians are instructed to notify our customers if there is something found that is or could create an issue for you. Normally we would think that this is a good thing and that a customer would want to know if there was something going on with their vehicle that they were unaware of. I look forward to your response. I was extremely pleased with the auto detailing on my Buick Envision both inside and out. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to do detailing for anyone. Five Stars

I am long-term customer. High quality of service and reasonable cost - what else customers need? I am satisfied with all what I get here. Walking distance from my house is a bonus.
