Our family has been bringing our cars to Karch for both regular maintenance and unexpected repairs for years now. We trust everyone at Karch—from Tanner and Sarah, who schedule our appointments, to the technicians who work on our vehicles—to do great work. In our experience, the folks at Karch are prompt, reliable, honest, and communicative, and their rates are competitive. We will continue to bring our vehicles to Karch and to recommend them to local friends and family.

Have been coming here for a few years for oil changes and inspections. Their prices are great, very competitive. Cheaper than any other place I’ve gone to in the past. Their quality is also better than any other place I’ve been to. They’re always fast and professional. I had an issue a while back with my stereo… they fixed it without charging me anything, said it just got locked after I changed my battery and needed a code to be entered. I’m pretty sure they at least had to call some other place to get this code. They could have charged me $20 for “fixing” this and I would never have questioned it. They also gave me the code in case I ever needed it again and wouldn’t have to go to them for it, which again they could have charged me $20 for each time. Automotive industry doesn’t always have the best rep, but I definitely trust this place. They were also very understanding when I had missed 2 appointments and didn’t charge me for that either.

Everything was fine with easy in and easy out service in a timely manner. No problems or issues at all.
