Wrote in the online appointment form that I thought my car had an issue with its positive battery terminal. Service rep said the positive was OK but replaced the negative because it was loose. 2 days after getting the car home it stopped running entirely so I investigated the issue myself. Lo and behold it was the positive battery terminal and I fixed it by cleaning it with a wire brush which took about 15 minutes. I'm sure they're used to getting people who know nothing about cars, but it would have taken about 5 extra minutes to say "hey, that positive battery terminal is a bit rusty, maybe we should hit it with a wire brush since the customer thinks that could be the issue." Rated 2 stars because at least the appointment was done on time, nothing was stolen from my car as far as I have noticed, and my car didn't catch fire.
