Excellent service

My daughter had a flat tire on her Jeep. She brought the tire home with her after exchanging her flat with the Spare. I noticed a nail in the tire. I called Tanner and he was able to fit us in to get the tire plugged that day. We had the original tire back on the Jeep by 4:00. Great customer service by Tanner and his crew.

The guys that work here are kind, professional, and helpful. I've taken several vehicles here for various reasons. They always deliver, i recommend them to anyone i know that needs a good mechanic.

Thanks to all of you at Karch for the excellent and prompt service diagnosing and repairing my Explorer after it broke down along the road. Though I have not been back in this area for long, Karch had been referred to me once before by residents who are pleased with the quality of Karch service; and, because of that and my previous experience with Karch, I did not hesitate to have my Explorer towed to Karch this time.
