Check your vehicle that all your repairs were made prior to leaving the lot! I took my car in to get a dent fixed on the back bumper and paint scratches fixed on the other side. After 5 days of having my car they called to say it was ready, but the scratches were still there. No one from the body shop was there Friday afternoon so I had to leave my car there over the weekend and wait until Monday morning to talk to someone. Luckily they were able to get the scratches completed and I got my car Monday, but disappointed that what was quoted to me was not complete on the first go around. Also advertised a free oil change but did not "apply" to my services because it was all with the body shop instead of the service area....

As far as the oil change special, yes we do offer that special for work being done in the Karch Auto mechanical service department along with many other specials, however given the circumstances I would be more than happy to perform a free oil change for you for the inconveniences that you experienced with the collision center as a courtesy to you.
