Thanks to all of you at Karch for the excellent and prompt service diagnosing and repairing my Explorer after it broke down along the road. Though I have not been back in this area for long, Karch had been referred to me once before by residents who are pleased with the quality of Karch service; and, because of that and my previous experience with Karch, I did not hesitate to have my Explorer towed to Karch this time. I felt confident Karch would give me a prompt and accurate diagnosis and make the necessary repairs ASAP. It gives me peace of mind knowing Karch can be trusted is here in State College to service my Explorer when needed.
