I hit a deer and it messed up my car pretty bad. I called my insurance company, and they recommended Karch Auto. The accident happened on a Sunday evening. By 9am Monday morning, Karch Auto calls me to have me bring the car to see if it was drivable. It was not because the headlight was busted out. So, I left my car in their hands. Karch Auto stayed in touch with me during the process. Finally, of course, my car looked like anything happened to it. Thanks guys! Nicole

Integrity is doing what you say you will do, and Karch Auto serviced my Jeep at the highest level of professionalism and excellence just like they said they would.

Outstanding work and great prices!

Had truck towed to Karch when clutch went out 25 miles away. They said they'd try to look at it next day. Early next day I got a call - ready to go. They found a part had been installed wrong & fixed it. The part that was installed wrong was done by the DEALERSHIP where I had bought the truck 10 years ago. I had clutch trouble some time ago & had taken truck to dealer for repair. They didn't bleed the system correctly at that time & had to redo it after they towed it back to their location. That's when I started taking it to Karch exclusively. Courteous service from a group that obviously knows what they're doing. Seems hard to find that much anymore.
