Just got some body work done here. Everyone in the office is very friendly! I dropped my car off and received email updates (very nice) that my car was finished literally a day afterwards. Highly recommend everyone here. Nick, Sarah, and Gary in particular were very helpful!

Karch's body shop and towing service are wonderful. We were up here visiting family from VA and hit a deer. Karch squeezed us in and worked w/our insurance company to get the car done in a week and a half. It looks like new!! Awesome customer service from the whole staff! Thank you!

dont really fixed the problem. my car was broken again when i just complete annual inspection.

I called last minute about a check engine light/rattling noise and Jeff was nice enough to check the code and even drove my car around the block to check the noise out. I can't thank them enough.

Prices seem high, but they have a big operation. & good customer service... Though if i wasn't stranded there i would of probably found a cheaper shop.

Karch Auto has now not once, but twice helped me out with an issue with my car free of charge. The second time, I insisted to be charged, but they graciously put their man-hour into work and helped me out. Honest, lovely people.

After getting stuck on Park Ave, Walk's doing and then Karch was extremely helpful in getting me back on the road. Casey in the front office was informative and kind, and they worked with me to ensure that I would get my car back the same day. I'm extremely thankful for the individuals who worked on my car, and the fact that they called me a few days after servicing my car in order to just check up on stuff really solidified the idea that they truly care about their customers.
