Very transparent and communicative and they do a great job on all 3 of our cars!

I chose Karch Auto as a place to service my 2002 Ford Focus in 2019 and during that time I had to have my subframe replaced along with other repairs related to general quality of life for driving and inspection. The service department has been nothing but stellar in communication and professionalism in regards to my car's health and my overall well-being. I will be continuing to use them for service as I know how challenging it is to find good automotive work today. Amazing work and staff. Don't have any doubts about using them for your vehicle maintnance and servicing. A+++

Always easy to get appt. and fast/expert service.

I leave nearby and do all regular maintenance for Toyota Camry 2003 here - yearly inspection, tires, oil, brakes, etc. So far, I don't remember no one time when I was completely disappointed with service at this locations. Sometime I like their work better than other day but in general it is OK. More important for me is my car is in driving conditions. Price list is also reasonable.

Professional. Oil change and tire rotation. Completed ahead of schedule. Best cost including Walmarts. Highly recommended.

The gang at Karch was easy to deal with and I felt like their prices were fair. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of services that I didn’t need but told me things that might need to be done in the next year or two. I’ll certainly use them again when my vehicles need service.
