Great work! Had Karch order a new OEM Lexus front bumper, and paint it. Looks like new now, just put it on this afternoon. Great start to the fall, thank you so much!

Alternator died on the way for a campus visit at penn state. Walk towing and Karch auto were excellent. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced with repairs. Was at the campus a few hours later and returned home safely. Thanks!!

Great service and great communication from everyone involved with the service of my vehicle. They also picked my car up at my office and dropped it off once the service was complete! If you haven’t tried Karch Auto, I’d recommend giving them a try the next time you need service on your vehicle!

Casey was very friendly and professional as well as the rest of the staff. They even fed me the day before Thanksgiving! Excellent customer service and vehicle service. I would recommend Karch to people in and out of town(like myself).
